"We booked here for an anniversary trip. We were greeted on arrival and got checked in. We were disappointed to be given a room with the elevator directly outside our door. Despite being there Tues-Fri, it was a high traffic area and we listened to the elevator ding well into the evening while trying to sleep. It was a spacious room with separate bedroom and sitting area which was nice. The bed was quite comfortable but the outlets in the room didn’t work, particularly the bedside ones which meant we couldn’t use the lamp or charge phones on the nightstand. Other elements of the hotel were visibly worn including badly water damaged bathroom door and walls. Water pressure was too poor to wash hair. By far the most notable element of our stay was that our 7th floor room had an abundance of roaches. When we shared this with the staff they said they would let their manager know but we received no follow up. When we checked out, we reiterated this issue and did not receive so much as an apology and they barely acknowledged we had said anything. Because of the roach issue, we declined to take advantage of the breakfast beyond a cup of coffee. There was ample parking in the underground garage and that was convenient. "

"There was a phone in the room but did not work (actually was not connected to anything). We reported it to the person who was behind the counter every day for the first 4 days (we had to stay in this hotel for 10 days because we had paid for it in advance) but they could not do anything about it. We were concerned that in case of a fire, nobody could warn us in our room. We even called Hilton Customer service and let them know, but we never heard from them. Also, all measurements "feet vs meters" around the pool was incorrect. We were worried that parents of younger children were not aware of these inconsistencies and their children were in danger. We also informed the person in the counter and, as expected, nobody could do anything about it. There was always one person who dealt with the customers. After their shift, this person would be replaced by someone new. All these guys were Indian (from India) students who had no knowledge of the hotel. They couldn't tell if there was a swimming pool, gym, or anything else. Our stay was very poor. I don't recommend this hotel at all."

"Rude staff. Kept giving me the runaround. Then made me send him my id which I think was sketchy but my room was no refundable so I felt obligated or lose my money. Wouldn’t take the temporary id that the state gave me until my renewal arrived. Put me at the very end which I felt was on purpose after he gave me such a hard time. "

"Clen room, fresh bfast. Afternoon desk person,4 PM(Terrance), was very friendly and helpful. He checked with us after check in to be sure everything was ok."

"Property was well kept. My room had all the amenities needed for my stay. I was able to get a late check out due to my flight delay. Very accommodating staff. I would Highly recommend this property for your stay."
