Meta beach was lovely and had some lovely bars and restaurants. It is not a tourist town, but everyone was really friendly. Would recommend also visiting Piano and Sant Agnello too.

"We were surprised how nice the inside lobby & dining area was. Unf our shower wasn’t working, however. They sent a mechanic up pretty quickly to repair. Our Gentleman who did our check in was very nice!"

Meta is about 5 minutes on the train from Sorrento and about 20 minutes from Pompeii so a good bas3 to explore from. Although quite noisy during the day it is very quiet at night. There are a couple of small supermarkets nearby and enough restaurants
