Shuttle worked great, front desk staff was friendly, room was spotless. I think some other review mentioned the reading chair that was completely falling apart, which was kind of hilarious. But I didn't need a reading chair, and everything I needed was perfect. Oh, and another comment, which applies to a lot of hotels. It's okay to keep the parking lot as bright as daylight during the night, I suppose, but maybe the lights could face down so that they don't shine in the third floor windows. No but really, I loved this hotel!"
