"The property is conveniently located very close to many restaurant, coffee cafes, to Stateline casinos and we enjoyed the pool and spa. The hotel is old, carpets old and that adds to the sense that it needs a to be cleaner. The chairs are stained and the corners in the bathroom are not spotless. The bed was comfortable, sheets clean, the provided daily clean towels upon request but 24/hr. notice is required for daily room service. There are many things to like vs. not."

"The location of the property was excellent near the village in a walking distance Zio atmosphere of the resort was very part like and beautiful it felt like being in the Caribbean. The rooms were very big. However, cleanliness and restoration of the building could be better because the carpets were stained. The bath curtain was dirty and some of the towels were also stained. Also, nobody came to clean our room in order today visit. Not even to make the beds or change the towels. When I ask one of the cleaning ladies to give us some towels because nobody came in the room to clean she was sarcastic, telling me to be happy and relax and she gave me a few towel towels."
