"Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are updated and very clean, and the buffet was amazing. My husband and I actually preferred the buffet over the specialty dining options. The only frustration we experienced was with making dinner reservations. When we asked for assistance, we were simply told to use the app, without much explanation. What we weren’t told is that reservations can only be made 24 hours in advance. I ended up learning that from another guest. It was a bit frustrating since I had hoped to plan all of our dinners for the week ahead of time. The nightly entertainment was enjoyable, but the main show didn’t start until 9:30 p.m., which was a little late for me since I’m not much of a night owl. An earlier option would have been nice. Overall, these were just minor inconveniences and not major issues — we still had a wonderful trip."

"The check in process was lengthy and very chaotic. There was no air conditioning in the front desk area which compounded on the discomfort. The rooms are average but clean. Food is also average and I found it repetitive even with a four night stay. The staff was kind and professional. Overall, you get what you paid for. I found it a good value for the price I paid. "

"This a good hotel priced for your vacation value. Wonderful staff personnel, easy leisurely scenic walk to Montego Bay commerce center. A walk across the street to the white sand beach. Starbuck across the street. The delicious, sumptuous buffets are outstanding. They offer wide variety of meals three times daily, all included in the price of your stay. One cannot match this anywhere in Montego Bay. The food is fresh and really good more importantly it's all you can eat. Enjoy your stay."

"Ocean was visible and the property was well maintained and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful The food varied from good to fair Soups and appetizers were usually good Some entrees like the lobster, grouper and oxtails were very good The steak was below average for a porterhouse steak The breakfast staff could have done a much better job bringing coffee and general service The cafe with ice cream was very good The desserts were fair overall "
