"They have basic rooms and nothing more. Would have been great to have coffee their in the morning as there are no coffee makers in the room. The refrigerator leaks water on the floor. It's the cheapest hotel in the Suffolk VA area but I don't give it a strong recommendation! The Hilton Garden Inn is across the street but cost twice as much!"

"I needed help for my bathtub and they did what they could right away. The air conditioner was dripping water, they fixed that right away also. They are so pleasant , helpful . When I come back to Franklin I will be using this hotel . "

"When I checked in there was a issue with one of the four rooms I booked. The front desk lady was able to correct the issue with some trouble on her part, which pleased me immensely with her effort. The other issue was the waffle maker. All five days I could not get it to cook all four sections. One or two sections were only half the height. Tried doing different things per a couple other guests to no avail. It did not like me."
