"We pulled our sheets back to go to bed and found several stray hairs in our bed. I started the front desk, and they offered to change the sheets immediately. The next morning at checkout, I spoke with the manager, and he apologized profusely and refunded us 12% on our room. Other than that one snag, the property was nice. They offered a continental breakfast from 6-10am and checkout was at noon which was nice. I would stay here again."

"I've been to Los Banos twice in the last month & stayed at 2 different hotels. Next time I come back, I will probably return to this Best Western. The hotel is pet friendly, has a pool (not heated), a spa & they had a bathtub. All pluses! However, there was no shade by the pool & the sink is outside the bathroom so I didn't love that. The people that worked there were extremely warm & friendly though; they were top notch. There is a fantastic restaurant called Cosmos across the parking lot that I highly recommend you try. Service, ambiance & food were so great, I ate there 3 times during my stay."
