"when we were checking in the person at the front counter did not even acknowledge us. i had to ask if she was helping us or if there is another person to help. Made no eye contact with us during our entire stay ... exiting or entering, never said hello, goodbye ... the breakfast was not very good. eggs were not very appealing, the sausage and bacon was very salty. bread products were fine, but the toaster is / was on its last leg and took a long time to toast breads. property was ok. great location"

"Odd smell coming in. Had no Shampoo upon arrival. The man at the front was helpful and very pleasant. The bathroom drain was out and there was a spider and a massive web in the bottom of the bathtub. Everything else was nice "

"This place was great, I felt safe with parking and room. Room was equiped with kitchen, living room, restroom, bedroom. Great place to lay your head and get some good rest. "

"We had a late check in since our flight was delayed when we arrived they didn’t have a room for us even though I booked this 2 months ago,they ended up just giving us a random room that you could stay with pets. The room was nasty, door didn’t lock, the smell was horrible, about 20 contact lens stuck to the ceiling, hole in the bathroom floor, nasty stuff all over the walls. We had no other option but to stay since it was 1:30am when we got in.DONT STAY HERE the only positive is they didn’t have any bed bugs."

"Avoid this hotel!!!! I travel frequently, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The facility is falling apart: the rooms are old, the AC failed, the door was difficult to open, and the toilet broke. The service was non-existent. When the toilet broke, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I went to the lobby, but the staff had left for the day. I tried the operator and the after-hours line multiple times with no luck. Rude service and zero accountability—stay elsewhere"
