We understood however it was her abrupt tone and shortness, as if we were ridiculous for even asking. Was quite unsettling and really not nice! People understand just need to be polite. We are still paying for a service and should always be treated with respect and kindness! "

"Hotel can stand for the carpets to be clean. The toilet is leaning and the room set up is odd. The couch has snags in it. the exercise room water dispenser is disgusting. Staff did not greet us upon entry or departure. Housekeeping pass by and don’t say hello. Overall, Staff can be friendlier and hotel can be cleaner. "
