The staff was super attentive and friendly to all our requests. We had lunch by the water in their exquisite restaurant and breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel. "Breakfast was about average for Italy( which means still good). Staff was exceptional. Floors were swept but unmoved so if you walk around room with bare feet, your feet will be very dirty. View exceptional - almost as good as Revello. And the convenience of the free shuttle is super."

"Place was very nice. Staff communication with first time visitors to Positano could be improved by reassuring guests on 3rd party porter service. Beautiful views. Have cocktail on patio outside restaurant. Important tip: Take bus up and down from beach area. Trust and use Blue or Green Porters if you have large suitcases that will be tough to place on the bus."
