One was broken for the entire stay, and the other had to be available for all the guests from the first to the seventh floor. I walked up and down most of the time to my room on the sixth floor. The Internet was out for the entire stay. During the three nights I spent at this place, not once did I have my room cleaned. Granted, I did not want it, and in the process, I saved them money.
