The staff stunk. Didn't know dry cleaning. Lost 3 dress articles trying to recover from trusting their dry cleaning promises. No bar no lobby coffee. Breakfast runner who didn't speak English. The Guest House at Graceland
Very poor service for the astronomical amount you pay to stay at this resort. I was there for 4 days and 3 nights and my room was never serviced. Dirty room for 2 days.
