"Staff were great. AC in room loud and needs attention …walls are thin - woken up at 4am to talking in hallway …amenities such as pool - good "

"Don’t be fooled by the pretty panoramic pictures. The rooms are way smaller than they appear. The baseboards are filthy, the bedframe is raggedy and needs replacing. This is equivalent to a $125 a night room at best. Lots of homeless community. Neighboring shops including Walgreens are all extremely outdated and absolutely filthy as well. Quick walk to downtown Hollywood but wouldn’t recommend this place or city if you plan to go to Miami. I would not book here again. "

"Our door was broken and we had trouble closing it, and both the secondary locks would not work and we could not deadbolt the door. The window sounded like it was broken as we could hear wind blowing all night and the highway right next door. It would have been nice if the sink had warm water instead of just cold. The buffet was severely lacking. The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable.The staff (that we saw) were friendly and the hotel was clean."

"This is a HOUSE not a hotel. There’s no parking and in the middle of a residential area. The check in is laughable. There’s a number in their profile that’s disconnected and you have to go through loops in order to get to them. Then that’s when they send you a text with a lock box number that everybody knows for the house. I didn’t stay and didn’t get refunded. Disgraceful, tacky and full blown scam from the very beginning. "

"Very good value as it always is. Only issue was no HDMI cable in the bedroom for cable viewing. Doesn’t matter we were there for about 9 hours in total. We will be back."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel, the hotel Is awesome and clean! Didnt like the rug but thats minor i guess.. let me tell you about the front desk staff!! They are not friendly at all ! Which i thought would had gotten better, only one guy who worked there April 10th he sorry i didn't get his name he was awesome! asked a white a girl for a scale so i could have weigh my bag, that B*** watch me straight in my face and told me they didn’t had, which was a Lie! And i made sure i told her that i used a scale the day before! Place can be good but the staff sucks! "
