"This property is a disgrace for Australian tourism. International visitors having to overnight at the airport will get such a wrong impression. The hotel changed name and is falsely advertising itself as luxury. The management could care less about hospitality. They just care about squeezing every $ out of customers. Lots of management staff walking around in elegant suits yet the facility is mismanaged. They don't even answer the phone. The mattresses and bed frames are old. I stayed for 2 nights and couldn't sleep at all in the soft indent mattress. Woke up in a middle of the night needing water and there were no 6$ 300ml water bottles. (the cleaner forgot to replenish: the water, hair conditioner and the bar soap dish. I changed the rooms the next day for a better mattress, yet no one apologized. They didn't even provide complimentary water or anything as a gesture of sympathy for a sleepless night. The windows are single glazed, airplanes taking off and landing very loud. You can even smell the jet fuel fumes... The room service quality is appalling. the chicken dish is literally a boiled chicken breast dry as a bone. The room service breakfast bacon and eggs took 50 minutes to deliver then it arrived completely cold yet on a hot plate. Obviously someone forgot to bring the order on time. Upon my complaint they delivered the fresh batch in 10 min yet still no apology. The check in lines were very long and slow. Sauna was out of order yet no sign. Wasted 15min trying."

"When you go onto the travel sites it says there is a free courtesy bus. It doesn’t say you can only use it between 7am and 7pm. We had an o/s flight at 7.25am so had to be at the Terminal at 4.25 am no courtesy bus so $38 to get an uber. When we come back we have booked Quest again not knowing this. Our flight gets in at 10pm so once again we will have to pay for an Uber. There is NO Convenience staying at this hotel we will NEVER book here again"

"I was there for a night only. Didn't have breakfast or use the bar and dining. However, the pool and gym were great, so I did enjoy my one night there."

Quinn is a true gem nothing we asked of her was too much including checking in a Birthday Cake and Cooler for a few hours before we headed to the harbour. She made to process very easy and handled us with grace. We had the buffet breakfast the next day on site again top tier service by staff. Would highly recommend."
