"The breakfast was cold. Not a good selection. The room was supposed to be handicap accessible but towels were too high to reach and desk had a high stool so not wheelchair friendly. The shower didn’t have a hand held or shower chair and entry to bathroom was a little hard to make the turn. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and toilet was good height. "

"Charged me for $30 dollars for valet parking when I didn’t even have a car during my stay. I called multiple times and was told the refund was processed. 2 weeks went by and it still wasnt processed so I called again and finally after that the date of the refund was today. The staff lied about the refund for a bogus charge that never even should have occurred. Not sure if they are crooks or incompetent."
