Rooms need a good clean was dusty everywhere and mould in bathroom.. Walls were dirty and found couple insects/spider.. Service was good and price was also good.. Location was very good close to public transport to city

Great Stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable room. The shower was amazing, could've stayed in it for hours.

Have stayed here more than 20 times over the years, it’s a nice hotel with magnificent views of the city, especially at night, if you can get a city view room on the Eighth or ninth floor, you will be amazed. The Buffet breakfast has gone downhill a bit over the years, fresh orange juice machine has gone, but they do have a very good coffee machine and if you ask for a take away cup to take coffee away with you, it’s no problem. Unfortunately the biggest draw card of this hotel which is the rooftop pool and hot spa With beautiful city views is closed and has been for a fair while and looks like it will remain closed for a while yet, as they can’t fix the leaks,

Whilst property is nice and in good location I had issues with my room missing basic necessities. No milk in mini bar for coffee machine. TV remote completely missing, no room service signs, room service filling to refill milk, vents in room we covered in dust, bathroom clearly had repair works and either not completed or just left to look half done. No QR code on TV as instructed for menus, no paper menus for reference. Oil used for chips was in need of clean. Breakfast was stone cold and bacon clearly from a Bain Marie so undercooked. Parking is cheap compared to most other places but I’m not sure what was deluxe about my room other than the Dyson hairdryer. When I pointed out to reception that basics are being missed nothing was really offered apart from an apology. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great place to stay. Easy transport into town with lots of trams running along St.Kilda Rd, stopping 100 metres from hotel. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Highly recommend.

I’ve stayed at this property many times and they were perfect. This stay was below average based on the service received by staff. The ability to use the car park (which was arranged) was like pulling teeth. To leave the car park at the end of the stay was also a challenge to have them open it! No housekeeping at all, no in room dining option or mini bar available for the first night. Personal service at front desk was appalling. Will recorder my first stay options next visit to Melbourne.

Great hotel, but check something before you book!
Good hotel, had a few stays here and have always been happy. Great value, comfy beds and pillows, spacious rooms etc. Unfortunately for this visit something went wrong with the hot water service. Apparently it was hotel wide. Wasn't able to have a shower for the second day of my visit which wasn't ideal. Sometimes these things happen. If you're looking to stay there in the near future, perhaps check if it's fixed 😉.

We love staying at this property. Its so convenient to public transport, safe and quiet. The staff are very helpful and always pleasant

Hotel was great for our family trip to Melbourne with its location a short 10 min Uber from the center. Room was cleaned daily. Staff could be more attentive after hours though as we rang the front desk multiple times without answer to get the lift unlocked after parking one night, forcing my family to walk up two car ramps. Worse was the staff was not at all sorry for their inattentiveness when I let them know they weren’t answering the phone.

Slightly ageing hotel, but good and clean, beds are good and service good too. Parking very tight underneath, 2m clearance, would not take a decent size 4WD down. Worth the stay...YES.
