Good value inner city apartment

Good Value , inner city apartment with fantastic views over the river . Lots of food options and southern cross station only a 7 min walk away. Will stay again

The property was in the perfect location for easy walking access from the skybus. Multiple tram stops in the free travel zone were just outside and it was walkable to southwharf and Marvel Stadium and across the road from the Melbourne Aquarium. A great launching pad for a family weekend in Melbourne.

The apartment was presented well and provided tea and coffee along with a welcome bottle of wine which was a nice touch. The room was noisy however with the overground train line literally across the road. It is well located with a tram line a 2 minute walk from the front of the building. Communication and checking in process was seamless.

Perfect spot, close to where we needed to be. The second room is a bit small but was just right for our kids. Lovely view from the balcony too! The bottle of wine left for us was greatly appreciated.

Worth it

It was great! Nice and clean room with full kitchen available. Good views from the balcony and the location was the most convenient reason for our stay. Only thing we could fault is the water pressure, a little shaky but otherwise close to perfect stay

Mixed feelings....

Well we got the view we wanted and it was central as expected. Also it has some good eateries also around. Two things that went against a) the location of the building ie surrounding area has some night clubs etc making it a safety concern b) with only one Aircon not sure how residents supposed to bear extreme cold ( our case) or extreme heat. The management communicates very well and that eased the stay

Really enjoyed my stay here, the communication with the property was good with regards to key pick up, some recommendations, how to operate things etc, it’s close to Southern Cross Station and within a 10 min walk to most things - if not there’s the free tram for the city only not too far away. Only issue, is while it was a 2 bedroom apartment and I put two adults, they only gave us two towels. I use a second towel to dry my hair so it was a tad annoying and I wasn’t sure who to contact about getting another so I didn’t bother as you have to go through Expedia to reach out to them but otherwise a great location. If you’re a light sleeper and it’s a weekend beware that noise might keep you up but it wasn’t an issue for me.
