Great location staff for actually nice apart from one lady who I saw was probably in charge of housekeeping as she walked in to the hotel room. We called her from downstairs to get us a couple of extra blankets as the hotel room was very cold and not actually duvet, insight . She bought one duvet up that had a females dried monthly patch on it as that was very much disgusting and I’m even shocked that Lady did not even check it before bringing it up so I chucked it in the hallway after I noticed. She had no proper uniform on was wearing a jacket the whole time I saw her and was very much rude. When walking in she didn’t even say hello or what was the issue she just came in and said you need to turn the card to yes no and where is the TV that was not working an attitude way. After she figured out the remote was actually the problem because the batteries weren’t working anymore she advised us that they will replace the batteries the next day even though they never did and also when we went out that day we changed it to. Yes change my room. The whole day came back to the hotel room at 5 pm and the whole hotel room was not touched apart from she just threw the new towels in the room and left. Then when we saw her when we went down to complain, she said this hotel does not change the covers. We will just probably make the bed only after we told her we want the room to be cleaned and make the bed. She shouldn’t be doing housekeeping

The pictures don't represent the actual size of the unit, it was very small. In general clean and tidy, but the kettle and items in cupboards were filthy. Good pool (not heated) and spa facilities.

I spent 6 nights in a Sky apartment at Imagine lighthouse and to be honest it was the most wonderful experience. The room was tidy, clean towels, comfy queen mattress, clean beddings, amazing view of Melbourne city and skyscrapers. It’s perfectly located in the heart of Melbourne and Everything was just a stone throw away. Friendly staff at the reception, they even let me check in and out fast with no waiting. I have no reservations against and would highly recommend it.

There were lots of marks on wall. A plate was put back in the draw dirty but overall it was serviced well. The property were happy to hold out bags on checkout day so we could explore before having to go to the airport

Our room had only recently been added so didn't have everything installed (even though it offered a fully stocked kitchen). There was no phone to contact reception (41 storeys below; with regular long waits for elevators) and the balcony area smelled of cigarette smoke so couldn't be used. And even though it is apartment style, the bathroom is incredibly tiny! On the positive side, the pool area was amazing. And the location was good - very close to shopping and QV Markets.

Handy location. Decent size apartment. Reasonably clean. Not sure why the security deposit is still being held almost 2 weeks on though. This is always annoying when properties do this. It should be cancelled the day of check out.

Good location. 2 of 4 left fits not working in a building that has 64 floors. Waited for lifts. One night waited 30 mins in a lineup. Then the lift we caught was faulty. Very poor communication from management. Later found out the lifts have been out of order for 3 months. Property still says it’s 4 star but it’s not. It’s university student accomodation

very dirty apartments and lifts. out of 4 lifts only 2 lifts were working all time. I had been there in September and in December 2023. same story. housekeeping cleanliness is pathetic. Residents' pets like dogs urinate in entrance as well as in lifts. property Manager customer service is hopeless. I am not going there again.

We expected something “out of the ordinary”, we regrettably ended up in something “OUT OF ORDER!”. 69 floors, only 2 or sometimes 1 lift operational. The other lifts: OUT OF ORDER!!!. It truly took ages every time to even go to ground floor or reach our level. Literally over 20 minutes sometimes. I’ve seen grade 9 kids calling the lift and by the time they entered it they were graduating college. Rubbish chute: OUT OF ORDER! Don’t even think to purchase some prawns at Queen Victoria Market if you don’t want to go through the hell (HELLAVATORS) of bringing the rubbish from your floor to the ground and back! Either you keep the smell in your room or you enjoy the smell of rubbish in the lobby. Why they didn’t organise their staff to collect the rubbish floor by floor? Oh yeah, because they didn’t even come to clean the room, replace coffee sachets, nothing at all! Although, if you really managed to get the prawns (and other delicacies), went through the process of disposing the rubbish and survived, don’t even think to take a number two in the toilet, cause there’s no window and the fan is…. OUT OF ORDER!!! Asked several times to come check it, got answered the fan will turn automatically when the light is switched on. NUUUUOOO!!! Really?!?!?! Genius!!! Could you please come and check?!?! They never did. Well, you might think, at least if I take a shower I relax a bit, after all that sweat sharing one lift with the whole cast of 300 all crammed together. Don’t even put the smal

After traveling 1800 kilometres for what I’ve paid This property is extremely unmaintained numerous features not working including the spa, the steam room and sauna are filthy dirty with mould on tiles and a putrid smell , broken and loose tiles in and around the pool complete bazaars, dirty stinking laundry bags at the front of my unit door for my entire stay, my room was filthy dirty used stinking towels left in washing machine, dust everywhere I even had to clean the toilet properly myself before I could sit on the seat the kettle had a inch thick of dust on top, windows are that dirty you can hardly see through them even after complaint to reception nothing was done I was supplied 2 towels for a booked 3 person stay, the so called cleaners even attempt to vaccum the foyer area of my level at 1130pm every night and with a young child sleeping this went down a treat 2 out of 4 lifts working so was ruffly 15 minutes to get from ground floor to my level sometimes even longer I have stayed in outback hotels in the middle of no where that had better up keep than this expensive 4 star hotel in the middle of Melbourne city would not recommend this hotel at all

Really well-kept property. Housekeeping and reception staff were lovely.The pool and spa were great, Decor was nice and modern, beds comfortable, Really close to trams, shopping and the Queen Victoria Market. The view from our apartment was fantastic, we could see past the You Yangs and Arthur's Seat. The two lifts that were out of order made the wait for a lift lengthy, but overall we had a wonderful time.
