Great place! The cottage is so spacious, well kept and nice breakfast. Fantastic host. Will go back again if we are staying at the Dandenongs.

Great Value, Location, & hospitality
ots of space with living, dining, & bedrooms. A fireplace for the warmth and mood. Well cared for grounds. Close to major tourist attractions in the Dandenongs.

Quiet, comfortable and so relaxing
Our stay @ Gracehill was amazing. Such a quiet and peaceful property with wonderful views and all the amenities one could hope for. The breakfast provisions were plentiful as was the range of snacks and nibbles for the evening by the cozy fire. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and not too hard or soft. The service from owner Betty was wonderful too. I highly recommend this property looking for a home away from home.

Recharge your batteries
Everything you could want is contained at Gracehill, the owner has thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. however...... The main bed is very uncomfortable, rather like sleeping on a sack of potatoes The mattress topper is hard, you may feel like you are up in the clouds at Gracehill but the bed will bring you back to reality!!! I didn't sleep a wink even though it was peacefully quiet, shame about the bed $255 later???? Stay here if you like hard uncomfortable beds

Gracehill is an amazing,awesome property with Betty as the most wonderful hostess who thinks of everything. Plenty to do if you wish or just take in the ambience of nature with the bird life and beautiful gardens.

Family friendly stay in the Dandenongs
Our stay at Gracehill totally surpassed our expectations. The property is beautifully presented, the gardens alone are worth a visit. Our host Betty was warm and accommodating. A wonderful spread of food was provided for my family, with special consideration given to our children. There’s always pressure when travelling with small children however we were most comfortable at Gracehill. There’s even an amazing playground for the kiddos. It was a shame to leave.

Perfect family getaway
The barn was absolutely amazing! The family loved it even the Christmas tree. A home away from home. And so much food! Felt very relaxed.

Outstanding accommodation with magnificent views
It is outstanding: (a) The accommodation is of the highest quality. (b) Decoration is impressive and the beds are cosy. (c) The breakfast is also of high quality and copious quantity. (d) Limousine service to the Sky High Restaurant. (e) Everything is well thought of from a traveller's viewpoint. It is almost a perfect experience with the exception of the guest shower - it could overflow onto the bathroom floor should we not take "due care". We think it is just a minor thing that could be easily fixed.

We were warmly welcomed. The atmosphere is calming and restful. The setting is beautiful, with a lovely mix of cultivated and native plants framing inviting walking paths. We thoroughly relaxed by the fire, enjoyed the cheese and fruit platter while laughing at a film and playing board games. Sleep was cosy in the luxurious beds, and there was a good choice of brekky fare. Although not far from home, it felt delightfully far away, and forgetting city life was easy for the time we stayed!

Beautiful views - friendly owner
It was the best service of any B&B we've been to in Australia or overseas. We were welcomed by the friendly owner and then saw the resident echidna and said hello to him while he tried to hide. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great host who was accommodating. Lovely, 18th century cottage that had been very well maintained. Great place for families. Lovely cottage with a fire place, bath tub with jaccuzi, very comfortable beds, great space. Very crisp and clean air at Gracehill with a most lovely view of Dandenong

Great B @ B close to Olinda
Gracehill is a great place to stay, where you can look over to the mountains, watch the local birds fly around and stroll around there beautiful garden. Beautiful home cooked breakfast, plenty of treats to eat In the fridge for your arrival. The fruit, dip, cheese and wine were a lovely arrival treat. The staff are friendly and helpful. Betty is amazing.

Great stay at a great location
This is a fabulous property in Olinda on the hills. It offers breathtaking views and has a beautiful garden and some kookaburras around. The location is just a kilometre from the main road and can be easily found. The apartment is huge with two large halls and a bedroom and it also has a table tennis facility !! The rooms are very well maintained and clean. The couple who run this are simply fabulous and take all the efforts to make your stay comfortable. We had checked in late and they were waiting for us and had even made efforts to contact us, I appreciate the concern !
