Silverwater Resort
Great staff, jumping pillow a hit, breakfast was good and good value. Downside is not being guaranteed upfront to be able to check in before 3pm. Ramada Resort by Wyndham Phillip Island
DELUXE room paid for not allocated. Staff lied about the villa we were allocated, apparently deluxe villas are only available if club Wyndham members haven’t taken up them up. Customers not told the truth about at time of booking. Deceitful practice!!

North Pier Hotel
We had a ground room with no kitchen or balcony. It was a bit noisy with people outside an stomping on the floor above. Bed was comfortable. 👍 Ps it would have been nice to have hot chocolate as an option for a hot drink but there was only tea and instant coffee.
