Fantastic location, right on beach. Bring a chair unless you want to pay$15 daily. There is a parking fee I didn't see online. Coffee maker was filthy front desk replaced it immediately with a new one, the bathroom mirror lighting needed to be brighter, and there is peeling paint in the unit.
