"The room was basic but very comfortable. The dark corridors were oppressive, and as a single female traveller I did not enjoy the difficult key code entry system. "

"We stayed for two nights and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. We arrived early due to our flight landing in the morning and knew check-in wasn’t until 3pm. We had already contacted the hotel to ask about leaving our luggage, which they were happy to store for us. When we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and let us know our room would actually be ready within the hour. We popped out for some food nearby and came back to check in before heading into Hamburg. The location is perfect, right next to the U-Bahn station, which made getting around the city so easy and convenient. Breakfast was fantastic. There was everything you could possibly want, yoghurt, cereals, cakes, pastries, cooked breakfast, fresh bread, meats and cheeses. There was even a pump of Nutella, which was a big hit with our 12-year-old! We genuinely couldn’t fault the hotel. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and an excellent breakfast. We will definitely be back."

"The hotel is in a good location. The reception area is really nice and the rooms are in good condition. They were clean and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Also I would say that the bed was quite uncomfortable and lumpy in areas. Also it was one of the first hotels I’ve ever stayed in where there was absolutely no water in the room. The walls were bear with exposed concrete"

"The hotel location is good if your visiting Airbus. The hotel food/breakfast facilities are poor. If there is more than one person ordering food in the evening then it takes a age for your food to be ready. No fridge, water or wardrobe in your room. Only good for a couple of nights maximum. If your planning a longer stay look elsewhere. "

"Praktisch am Bahnhof/Busstation gelegen. Parkplatz 10€ pro Tag im Bahnhof. Zimmer sauber, neuwertig und ruhig. Es gab gratis Buskarte für den ganzen Aufenthalt"
