Excellent hotel with brilliant staff! Massive pool and private beach with towels provided. Staff always on hand if you need any refreshments and more than happy to help. Great rooms, large, well decorated and complete with all necessary amenities. Restaurants were a little pricey at the hotel so ventured into town for dinner which was excellent - Crab House a must for any seafood lovers. Loved our stay and would love to come back!

We had such a brilliant time in Phu Quoc and loved this hotel so much. Staff were so kind and attentive. The pool and beach were lovely. Everything is easily walkable to from the hotel. Highly recommend.

This place is absolute gem . Location seems remote but it’s easy walk to restaurants and beach plus Kingo will supply free bikes and golf buggy . The staff cannot do enough for you and included a free shuttle to our next hotel .

This is a beautiful hotel overlooking the river and just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. As soon as we arrived this hotel felt special - you can completely relax whilst you are there and it is a nice contrast to staying in District 1. I would imagine that some people might not like being so far away from the centre of things, and traffic can be a pain, but we felt it was more than worth it! A lovely Hotel -- well worth it's 5 star rating . Right on the beach and excellent standards with very attentive staff. The price one pays for this Hotel ,however, should mean that Breakfast should be included in the price--- it is an insult to have to pay extra ( at $20 per person).Local diners got our custom.

Peaceful location, bungalow accommodation laid out in gardens blending nicely with nature. Well-kept beach, lovely pool, good restaurants, fantastic breakfast buffet. If I had to be picky the serve yourself coffee at breakfast was never hot enough and the cups were too small but we got round it getting the waiting staff to make Americanos from their machine behind the bar.

I loved my stay at Cassia Cottage. They upgraded me upon my arrival which was a very kind gesture. It is as good as the pictures suggest. Staff were very helpful, the accommodation and facilities were clean and to a high standard. I wanted to unwind and relax during my time on Phu Quoc. Cassia Cottage was the perfect place to do this. If I ever return to Phu Quoc, this is where I'll stay.

Overall a good experience at the Charmant suites. The main let down is they could really have a great roof top bar, and maybe a good restaurant. We searched every night to find somewhere to dine. The options around aren’t great so if they offered a good restaurant I’m Sure visitors would use it. The roof top has a great view, but no bar, shame !

Beautiful hotel and the staff in the Club Lounge were amazing

This resort has the barefoot elegance feel. It blends nicely into it's surroundings. It is situated on a quieter beach away from the main beach. But that's only a 15 min taxi ride away and easily accessible. Close by are a couple of nice restaurants and resorts so it's not too isolated. The hotel keep the grounds immaculate and the rooms are really comfortable. The restaurant is in a lovely setting, breakfasts are good, but the menu is a bit boring for lunch and dinner.

Due to an issue with a damage passport, we were meant to be travelling to Indonesia, but unfortunately immigration would not let us leave Vietnam. We quickly had to come up with a Plan B and we chose to fly internally to the island of Phu Quoc. Quickly did some research and found Mangobay. Beautiful setting for the hotel, right on the beach. Our room had a magnificent sea view, the perfect spot for catching a sunset. The only thing I would point out is that the "bungalow" is actually either an upstairs or downstairs apartment, and the steps to the upstairs are very steep and potentially slippy in the rain. Venice hotel is stunning. We were shown to our balcony room by reception just in time for 7.45 fireworks. Exquisite room. Enjoyed the jacuzzi/ pool for the price of a drink and watch 9.30 fireworks from the bar or jacuzzi. Loved our free hotel tour of the area. Fantastic views from our balcony of kiss bridge from sea facing room. Fantastic value, spent three nights here. Amazing sunsets in sunset town!
