Staff needs more training
"Both my husband and I are their ambassador members. We are dissapointed with how they treated their value customers. We had to call the front desk to get the same treatment for the two rooms we reserved (e.g. fresh fruit). The bar's staff were very dissapointing. We were told that their club room ..."

"Excellent breakfast/lunch. Open for long hours so you can go early or around noon. Large variety of food items to choose from. Staff friendly and professional. Great location. I got off the train from the airport, and the hotel was just a short walk after getting off the rail ."
