"Wir waren in einem Kurzurlaub in Plauen. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Essen gut. Für unser Baby war ein Babybett bereitgestellt, allerdings war das Hotel an vielen Stellen nicht barrierefrei. Wir mussten den Kinderwagen über einzelne Stufen tragen und eine Rampe gab es nur am Hintereingang, der aus Sicherheitsgründen nur von innen aufging. "Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."

"We stayed one night while travelling home. The hotel was very nice and clean. The only problem we had was it was very hot and we couldn’t turn the heating off. Would recommend this hot as the setting is beautiful and the surrounding are very quiet. "

"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"

Nach mehrmaligen erfolglosen Versuchen direkt auf der Website des Hotels zu buchen, lief im Gegensatz dazu die Buchung und Bezahlung über Expedia schnell und ohne Probleme ab. Überhaupt scheint das Softwaresystem des Hotels nicht sehr robust zu sein. Der digitale Check-in funktionierte halbwegs, jedoch gab es beim Check-out eine Fehlfunktion.
