"2nd trip to hotel. Hotel generally good. Service can be more friendly. Doplin cruise is good but reef snorkling is not great as it is a reef near hotel."

It's sad to see lots of negative reviews on your food which in fact for us your food was pretty outstanding. Great selections and very tasteful. However we still reckon there are rooms for improvement for the service.
