"This property is convenient to all things SUNY Brockport, Brockport, and surrounding areas. The hotel was very clean, safe, quiet, with great amenities (including breakfast), ample parking, and a professional staff. "

I would just recommend that they keep the outside lights lit by the landmark Buffalo in front because it’s hard to locate the driveway at night. "

"This was supposedly the last room available for the night. We had been driving 11 hours and needed a place to stay before we hit Buffalo, NY. Light bulb missing in the entryway, bathroom had dried splatter on the mirror and a dirty film on the counter. The tables were wobbly and the microwave was dirty inside. The parking lot had 2 broken down vehicles and a tent. "
