"This was my first time at the property and it was a very lovely experience. The hotel is conveniently located. All of the staff from the valet, doormen and front desk staff were very friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. Our housekeeper was very helpful with our request. I like the fact that we were able to request a late checkout. We were also able to extend the late checkout further for a small fee which was worked out well for us since I had a later flight out that evening. I did have a credit for each day of my stay but did not end up utilizing it. Overall great stay, loved the tub in my room it was perfect for a nice relaxing bath. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back for future visits to Philly!"
