"All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you Gaby for taking care of us and going the extra mile when we were having issues with our flight. Would highly recommend, rooms are simple but all that we needed. A massage on arrival and the rooftop hot tub was a lovely treat."

"La habitación la limpian si dejas la llave si no no entran , ni siquiera a cambiar sábanas o toallas, ni te las ofrecen. En la habitación solo tienes la cama , un televisor y el baño súper incómodo, no te ofrecen servicio alguno. No me gusto"

"The hotel is very accesible and close to El Poblado area (around 5mins drive). The room is nice and equipped with Alexa system. The hotel is very clean and has friendly staff. Is safe to walk around the neighborhood, there is plenty of good restaurants and coffee places."
