The rooms were in very poor condition. The main light didn’t work for the 3 days I stayed there. The room smelt of cigarette smoke. There were cockroaches everywhere. The room was full of flies. I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay in derby.

Room was disgusting, had cockroach and mouse droppings in the corners of the room.
