I have said that many Fairmont in my life, and this one specifically was the one I was looking most forward to, but unfortunately, there was no service that was reliable. The staff were not friendly. The rooms were dingy and worn out service never came to clean the rooms sheets were wet on arrival And everything from organizing transport to luggage going to the room room is all a fail. Mashallah subhanallah what a blessing to even be here ya rabi shukr. If any one visiting this place complain then go back to where you came from. Especially if you are visiting for religious purposes and blessed to have the wealth and health to make this trip and sleep in this magnificent hotel. The whole staff starting from pick up at the hotel to check in to room service and food etc, the location, the surrounding, the promptness to evey need we asked was met 10 fold. We will return Inshallah and for staying 18 nights I feel we have the experience to comment. Shukrun Fairmont for our stay we will return again Inshallah ameen.
