"the desk staff was nice but the entrance to the hotel and the outside of the hotel in general was very unclean with cigarette butts littering the front entrance. The tv in the room we had at first was broke and no one onsite to fix and the room had an overpowering smell of disinfectant or something. no breakfast as advertised and no restaurant as listed. they did switch us to a king bed room to remedy the tv situation"

"This hotel was one of the worst I’ve stayed in. When you walk into the lobby it had a horrible smell of chlorine from the pool, almost over powering. The pool was green with a foam floating on the top. Our room had a couch that was stained and ripped. Even though the room was listed as non-smoking, you could smell the remnants of cigarette smoke. If I booked longer than only two nights I would have made other plans."

"Good luck trying to call the motel because all you’ll ever get to talk to is AI. They can’t confirm the reservation or tell you any information about your own stay. Once you finally get there, we had booked a non-smoking room meanwhile, the AC (which blew out hot air the whole time) smelled like straight stale cigarettes. You couldn’t turn off the AC either because the buttons were missing. The shower was terrifying to shower in because some spots it felt like the floor was going to fall in."
