"I was concerned after reading reviews however I didn't need to be. There was a large car park with ample parking. The reception was nice and welcoming and the receptionist very friendly. We were on the second floor which we took the lift to. The corridors were clean and smelt fresh our room was a quadruple room for the 3 of us, it was adequate, clean, smelt fresh and the beds were comfortable. We had kettle with tea and coffee provided, the bathroom had small bottles of shampoo and body wash provided. Breakfast was included it was continental style with plenty of pastries, croissants, toast yoghurt fruit and cereal tea coffee, chocolate and fruit juice were also provided. It was also very quiet and we didn't encounter any children. This hotel isn't posh or upmarket but it's clean comfortable and a nice place to stay. Also easy walking distance from the town, we attended a show at the theatre and it was very convenient. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. "

"The Highwayman is the perfect stopover inn when you have a layover in Luton! I enjoyed their pub on site and the proximity to Dunstable town where I found some interesting historic sites. The staff at the inn was most accommodating and helpful. "

"The room was really quite small to the point where it was a bit cramped and didn't have many facilities, quite basic, no fridge etc, other than that pretty good, well located, the pub is nice and the people are friendly, generally it was okay and fair value for money"
