"Clean rooms, close to Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes. The staff is very responsive to any issues and is very friendly and helpful. They also leave you a little snack bag on the check-in counter which is very thoughtful:) This is my sister and I's favorite place to stay when we are in the area!"

"If booking through Expedia make sure you tell the clerk what you booked! Seems the system automatically gave us a double queen vice the single king we booked online! I will always double check as I check in at the desk from now on. The room was great and the staff was accommodating when I pointed out the discrepancy! Very professional!!! Great experience!
