The staff was very and helpful...the room was very spacious and clean. The pool and pool area was huge, it also had a huge hot tub and dry sauna. The only downside we didn't like was that the toilet in the room was too low to the floor. Overall we will definitely stay again.

I had hopes that this “resort” would be good. Sadly, the room I was given (for disabled) wasn’t finished being cleaned. The bed was stripped of bedding. The 2 ladies at the front desk scrambled to get the bed made. (We appreciated that!) Then they gave us a clean room. It was handicapped and happily accepted it. The room was available for the next night but I chose to stay in the regular room. The staff said we would get a discount due to the inconvenience. We were not given any discount. Breakfast buffet was available to us. That needed help.

The room was very clean and beds very comfortable. Very quiet. The outside is so run down. Unfortunate since money has been put into room up grades, but first impressions count. Breakfast was cold and young waitress on duty ignored us for awhile. Desk gal was pleasant and Curley's ok

Had difficulty getting housekeeping services possibly due to extended stay (7+ days). Had to ask twice to get towels changed. Some difficulties with electronic keys not working or expiring before 7+ day stay ended. Pool was nice, maintained well and had towels available. Breakfast included in room fee - restaurant staff friendly and helpful getting items which had run out.

Some rooms and areas truly need a revamp. The pool ceiling was falling apart and missing tiles. The building we stayed in could also use a revamp to the bathroom and hallway carpet and door. The front staff who checked us in was super nice and friendly. 2nd time I've stayed with them and I would still go back again. Beautiful views of the golf course.

Clean rooms, there is a restaurant on the premises, the food was okay, the convenience was good. It could use some updates but still looks nice. I am reasonably sure the door lock on my room was possessed. I had to insert the card over and over until the room unlocked. Other times it would not lock at all and I had to use the dead bolt. The workspace was adequate and the price was right. I was not able to log into the wifi and the front desk staff was not able to assist.
