Innkeeper was great. Made a wonderful hot breakfast. Motel is reasonably priced and right on the beach. Room was clean and tastefully decorated. It’s on a very busy road making a walk across the street impossible.

Brio beach is simply a gemstone! The beach was raked every morning! The views from the beach, tables, and gazebo are stunning! The rooms were wonderful with no carpet and comfortable beds. The shock was how good the breakfast was with eggs, sausages and pancakes or French toast along with the usual continental. Also for all coming spend your time away from the hotel on front street, exploring sleeping bear dunes, m 22, and the beauty of old mission peninsula!

Initial view of property & room was very pleasant, clean & organized. No issues. Staff, especially the Owner was extremely nice & very informative. She talked to us everytime we met up with her & she was very interested in where we were from & what we plan on doing. The Beach area was immaculate & we loved spending time in their lounge chairs, as our September visiting dates the weather was simply spectacular. We highly recommend this place & we will return one day. Thank you.

We stayed here for our 20th anniversary and had a great experience! The beach is awesome and much quieter and more relaxing than many other places nearby. The location is perfect, the staff was very nice and welcoming, and everything was clean and comfortable. The rooms are basic, but they have everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
