Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta McDonough holds a special place in our hearts, as it saved us during a previous trip when another hotel was overbooked and left us stranded.
We arrived before check-in and were warmly greeted by Wanda at the front desk. We only intended to drop off our luggage, but Wanda went above and beyond, allowing us to check in early and even upgrading our room! We were celebrating our 15th anniversary, which I'd mentioned in our booking, and Wanda truly made us feel...

The staff were a credit to this hotel, good breakfast selection, good location. Water pressure could have been better but rest was great.

8/10 Good
Extremely friendly staff and always willing to meet any reasonable needs of the client. Particularly note the helpfulness of Kimberley at checking in and knowledge about local services - I’m truly appreciative. It was a trip to visit my brother who was hospitalised in a critical state but the hotel was conveniently located to facilitate our travel and staff helped to put my mum and I at ease without noticing. I will certainly stay there again & again. Amazing!
