"We needed a room for one night on a fast overnight trip to see a concert. Quality Inn was the most reasonably priced with good reviews in the area. Check-in was very fast and easy. Our room was small-ish but clean and comfortable. We didn't hear a peep from outside or other rooms. We liked the comfortable bed. My husband likes really firm puffy pillows while I like smaller softer pillows, so I was happy about those. He didn't like them. The air conditioning was very quiet compared to many other motels I have stayed at. During the night the air felt sticky. I should have turned the air conditioning off and opened the window instead. Breakfast was a great value with lots of choices. There is not much seating so get there really early for breakfast, or plan to take it back to your room. Overall I highly recommend Quality Inn at Petaluma."

"We loved the lodge. Very clean, very friendly staff, beautiful setting, great restaurant onsite, loved the heated pool and hot tub. If I was to suggest an add, it would be 'moderate or easy' hiking trails leading out right from the lodge to really explore the grounds in a planned, safe, way. There is a lot of area to discover and really the only option you have is to walk or ride bike all the way to the beach. "
