"Really pleasant stay! Location is amazing- right across the street from the Fox Theatre with lots of great dining options within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and would be great for an extended stay. The building and rooms could benefit from some updates, but didn’t take away from the comfort of the stay. Plus, a very professional and friendly staff!"

"Despite being surprised by the non-optional valet parking ($50 per night per room)when we arrived....we had an amazing stay. The staff were very friendly and it was very clean. We stayed in the king suites on the Home suite side. Loved our rooms. The complementary breakfast bar was better than we've ever had anywhere else. The location was perfect for the aquarium area. We would stay here again!"

"The receptionist was useless. Provided zero help in regard to possible parking options, since their valley parking was all full. During the night, there was a super loud music in the room next door. I called the receptionist three times just to get a response that the security person didn’t hear any noise. I have all recorded. Never , ever again in this hotel. Terrible staff."

"Was a fun experience. The property and architecture were great. Room was nice and clean. Staff were helpful. Advice for future travelers, understand that it is down town and food is plentiful but with down town prices. I recommend Gus’ fried chicken across the street! "
