Positives: interesting history of the property
Breakfast was fabulous
Staff were great, friendly and helpful.
Shower had lots of hot water and good pressure.
SP3-Negatives: light from outside “lobby area” shines directly onto the person sleeping on one side of the bed and is impossible to block out.
This outside area is also a smokers hangout - was very noisy at times.
Noise from other guests in the “central lobby area” echoes and is very loud. All conversations sound like they are being held inside the bedroom.
Bed is VERY soft - we both had back ache after 3 nights.

Christie's was a beautiful oasis in contrast to Nelspruit/Mbombela which is not the most attractive city. The staff were the best asset, but the facility itself was gorgeous, peaceful and functional. The room and bed were comfortable and the food was very good in the restaurant.

The stay was good just found out that your rates should include breakfast as the price you pay should include a breakfast and the other thing is that we were not aware of no liquor licence and we ended up paying R550 for 6 beers which I found to be a complete RIP OFF so there' I can not give you a good rating 🤔😕
The place was amazing. I had a great time while there. I swam everyday while there. The stuff is very friendly. I would definitely go again.

Our stay was good, the venue is very nice but can use some refreshing after coming out of lockdown.
We booked for dinner but were disappointed to learn that they do not have a liquor license so no drinks upon arrival nor wine with dinner. Had we known in advance we could have made prior arrangements to bring something.

We would like to assure you that our application for our liquor license is in the process and unfortunately COVID placed it on hold for longer than we were hoping. Our lawyers are hard at work and we are expecting it any day now.
We apologize that we neglected to inform you of this.

Hotel très confortable, une bonne option pour une nuit de transit à Nelspruit.
Nous avions un très grande chambre, ce qui est très agréable, même si la décoration est un peu kitsch.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien et la possibilité de - bien - dîner sur place est un véritable atout.
Petit bémol, l’insonorisation des chambres n'est pas optimale.
À mon arrivé à l'hôtel, j'ai été acceuillis par un gardien de sécurité très sympathique qui m'a orienté vers le stationnement. Une madame de la réception est venue directement à mon auto m'accueillir et m'a apporter à ma chambre. Chambre très propre. Pour le repas du soir, j'ai demandé une table pour 2 directement sur le bord de la piscnine ce qui m'a été accordé avec un grand sourire. Repas excellent, excellent service encore. Tout a été parfait.
