"We liked everything about this hotel: location, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, modernity and spaciousness and room. Probably the best hotel we stayed in on our Interrail tour of Switzerland, Italy and France."

"2nd booking for this location, actually made it here this time. Previous booking rearranged by hotel at last minute. Nice enough place but basic. A/C about as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Room on arrival was 26.4 and 4 hours after putting on a/c was 26.3. Only way to get temperature down was to turn off lights and open windows. Luckily it was a cool evening and managed to get room down to 21 by midnight. Mattress very hard but found 3 duvets to put on top to soften it a bit. Lift available but very slow, better than having to walk up though. Free parking available outside on 1st come basis, paid parking available too. May be 150m to station in a straight line but about 400m walking it, but mainly flat."

"Waited 1/2 hr at 6pm to check in after a long day for receptionist to turn up only after having to phone the emergency number and after not finding any other staff in hotel. Checking out at 10, again delay, no one at reception. Hotel vicinity good, close to shops, station and night market. Room was nice, clean and breakfast was varied and good! Shower dripping constantly and cleaner must notice water to report? La Botte nice restaurant near Madonna church. "
