Had a great two night stay with my wife. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was quick and delicious to get the day started. Lifts, rentals and restaurants are all a stones throw away from the hotel.

Good location, not so great service

We were told our room was upgraded free of cost, which is great. The hotel's location is excellent. It is unfortunate the hotel doesn't have an elevator as we had heavy luggage. Also, the angry lady at the breakfast was quite rude, huffing and puffing if we placed the mug wrong in the coffee machine or attempted to cut a piece of cake for ourselves.

We absolutely loved our stay at this very charming family run hotel. The rooms were clean and we loved the heated floors! The staff was exceptionally friendly and we enjoyed a simple but delicious breakfast every morning! Excellent location, we were able to walk everywhere in the town of Livigno. Grazie!

Hotel com quarto e banheiro de tamanho bom. Estrutura do café da manhã excelente, com qualidade e variedade. Mas tive problemas com internet, os quais foram resolvidos pela boa vontade do dono, apesar da dificuldade em achar a solução. O ponto fraco mesmo ficou para o aquecimento, principalmente do banheiro. O aquecer não funcionou bem em nenhum dos dias, fazendo com que tivéssemos momentos muito chatos com relação a toalhas frias e água de banheiro em temperatura abaixo da desejada.
