My only suggestion would be to improve accessibility—having a more direct connection from the other buildings to the lobby would make it much more convenient, as getting there currently requires multiple elevators and can be quite time-consuming."

"We returned after honeymooning 20 years ago. We stayed in Wailea before. This time we enjoyed the close proximity of the whaler village and their restaurants along with the ability to cook with the fully stocked kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful Wonderful place and will try to stay here again. Hopefully not another 20 years before we are back to beautiful Maui 😊"

"We enjoyed our stay but the big negative is that there is no hot tub for kids. So our kids got cold sometimes when swimming but there was no where for them to warm up. This don’t feel family friendly. But the pools were gorgeous and the it was all very beautiful and welcoming outside of that one issue. "
