"The staff were so friendly! Definitely a comfortable stay. We loved the location and how walkable it was to Queenstown CBD. The only downside was there was no available parking but we were able to find free overnight parking 1 street over so it wasn’t too bad. "

"A high quality quiet modern hotel within walking distance of the busy, noisy centre. Views from the bar/restaurant overlooking the lake are breathtaking. The bedroom was impeccably clean and comfortable. The best of all, however, are the staff who couldn’t help enough (thank you again Julia for working so hard to sort out our booking platform problem). We travel extensively and for us to recommend a hotel so highly is an exception."

"These are full apartments with a full kitchen and laundry. The apartment was spacious with a big balcony overlooking the river. My son and I were on a father-son trip. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom! We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We even managed to do a load of laundry! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that it is not close to town. You either have to drive or take a shuttle that they provide."

Breakfast buffet had a good variety and the staff there were so helpful. They were accommodating and kind throughout the whole stay. Location was central and felt safe.
