"Cat at the front desk was amazing! Our flight got delayed until the next day, and I went down to the desk in a panic. She helped me get our room booked for another night and was just super helpful!"

"We enjoy our stay at this 1 bd apartment. The location is nice, beach is 10 -15 min walk. Restaurants and stores are nearby. However, I am going to give them 4 stars out of 5. The laundry machine is a bit old. The storage containers need to be replaced. They had really small containers without lid and a couple of lids without containers itself. We had trouble getting to the house at the first time and the instructions were incomplete. We arrived late night and were tired after long flight. It took us some time to find the right building and the apartment in the complex. We had to email them and ask how to open the door. They called us and helped with the instructions how to get into the apartment. In the apartment we found the booklet with the instructions, but again, they said that all the garbage needs to be emptied, but they didn't provide the information where the trash bins are located. The complex was big, and there wasn't any map."

"Did not get the second parking spot we were promised and told to fight for the visitor parking spots! Accused of smoking in the room and threatened to be charged $500 just as we checked out and it was Neighbor suite, everyday most of the day, pool code given was wrong. Elevator out until last day but the Kona low was cause and won’t blame them. Room is great, location is great, but management group is poor! "

"This place was amazing. They were super responsive to questions. Everything was clean, quiet, and nice. It felt like having our own condo right there in Kīhei. The first day we were able to see whales from the balcony so the view is also excellent. It’s also centrally located, so you get the small town Hawaii feel of Kīhei, but don’t have to travel far to be right in the mix of Wailea or Lahaina. We would absolutely stay here again, in fact we are already planning on it. "
