"This was one of the best hotels I stayed in in Japan! The service was outstanding, the room was beautiful and very clean. We had our own private mineral tub and even a massage chair. The Kaiseki dinner was outstanding. I had left behind an important piece of equipment, and the staff found it and emailed me within an hour of leaving the hotel. They mailed it to my next destination for me, I was so relieved! I can’t say enough about how amazing the service is at this hotel. The beds were super soft and comfy with fluffy pillows and even an adjustable bed. We got the best night of sleep we had in Japan!"
