"We had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the standout positives was the cleanliness: the rooms and common areas were very well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and reassuring. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The hotel only has two washing machines available for all guests, which made it quite inconvenient, especially during busy times when they were often in use. Additionally, the breakfast selection was fairly limited. While the food quality was decent, there weren’t many options to choose from, which could get repetitive for longer stays. Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable place to stay."

"Everything was excellent, can't really complain. Elevators were quite busy I suppose, but it was also Sakura season, busiest time of the year. I really enjoyed the location, in fact it was tucked just east of the major congestion areas, right next door to a massive arena (got to see Japan wrestling), and connected with a 2 minute walk to Ryogoku station - it was actually quite nice. Highly recommend if you want a spot where you can get anywhere quick, and also calm and tucked in a calm city area. Also, lots of food choices nearby tucked into Ryogoku's south side - loved it. "

"The properly was located in a great area. Property is old, the bathroom needs a major renovation. Have to take a big step to get in and the bathtub you have to climb over. An accident waiting to happen if you are an older person. The guest room doors does not close on its own and use metal keys. There was a guest who left their key in the lock all night."

"Nice hotel, the room was very clean, small but bigger than most of the standard hotel room in Japan, and it was very functional, the staff were nice. The location is very convenient to the train station and shopping mall."

"Very clean. Automated check-in process. Wish the capsule had a hard door instead of a roll down blind. This would reduce the noise you hear from others at night. "

"Quarto limpo e silencioso, cama muito boa, banheiro um pouco apertado, mas ok, chuveiro bom (forte), a localização é excelente, amenities muito bom, cafe da manha é otimo porem como o local nao é muito grande em horario mais concorrido fica com fila de espera, eu recomendo o hotel"
