"While the room size was just sufficient for our luggage, we found the laundry facilities lacking; the dryers were ineffective, forcing us to air-dry damp clothes in our room. However, despite these minor inconveniences, the overall service was exceptional. The hotel location is near the train station thus making our trips to and from Shibuya very easy. There will be a next time for us to book in this hotel."

"All good. Too many visitors from foreign countries, so breakfast was little bit slow in serving due to its limited capacity. "

"We stayed at Grand Hyatt Tokyo on the 6th floor, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The bathroom felt quite neglected, there were visible cracks in the shower area and overall cleanliness could have been better, with small details that made it feel a bit dirty and not well maintained. At night, the noise level was also an issue. We could clearly hear ambulances and sirens, which made it difficult to fully relax and rest. Overall, the hotel didn’t give us the Japan experience we were hoping for. It lacked the attention to detail, calm atmosphere, and polished feel that we’ve come to expect when visiting Japan."

"This hotel is in the perfect location. Across the street from the Takanawa Gateway Station with food and stores very close by. The hotel is very clean and the staff was great. I will definitely stay here on my next visit!"
