Extremely clean, comfortable, spacious and close to the center. The only (small) problem was that the pillows were a bit lumpy, but the rest was great. We even used the kitchen which was well-equipped

The hotel had air conditioning, which was the only thing I needed from it during a heatwave trip. It was clean, convenient and comfortable, but most importantly it was cool. My beagles and I were very happy here. I must mention that the staff are outstanding. My first night here, I went to the bar to get a bottle of Coke to take to the room with me and the gentleman (I didn’t get his name) brought it up to the third floor as I had my hands full. Superb hotel I cannot fault

We had a wonderful room with an amazing view of the lake and mountains. The breakfast was very good with fresh bread fruits and yogurt, cheese and cold cuts, choice of coffees, and eggs (which we did not try). Nice restaurant with excellent food although we only eat a simple cooked cheese meal the night we arrived. They also allowed us to check out late to fit with the timing of our train. Very friendly and professional.
