Extremely clean, great host. Amazingly friendly and helpful. A no brainer of a stay. Good shower, clean sheets and towels. Right next door to Dior which is easily visible.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The staff were really friendly, the room was big and modern, and the shuttle to and from the airport was really helpful.

Very beautiful beautiful place. Great balcony and bar!!! The staff are extremely friendly and caring let alone helpful!!! We felt like Royalty!!! The hotel provided every piece of information we needed about how to get around the surroundings. The rooms are super clean, very comfortable beds. Very safe and secure hotel!!!

Room and bathroom luxurious and surpassed expectations.

Was a great place to spend night before an early flight. Awesome staff member ‘Koli’ went out of his way to help transfer my friend and her toddler to the airport at 02.00am. The owner ‘Genti’ can be proud of what he has created!

Beautiful hotel!! We stayed here the night before our flight and it was really relaxing, lovely pool and room was super comfortable, and delicious steakhouse restaurant in the hotel.

Beautifully clean, right next to airport and where we were picking up hire car, hotel also hire cars which we didn't know prior to staying. Extremely friendly and welcoming, will definitely stay again if arriving in evening.

What a pleasant surprise! When I realised that the hotel, conveniently located for the Lindor/East bus terminal, was in a shopping mall I feared the worst. But it was great! Staff were all very friendly (with impeccable English), room was very large and I had no issues at all. And of course if you want to go shopping you have two malls on your doorstep!

We stayed here in September, the hospitality was amazing. Most friendly staff and the hotel owner was very friendly and kind he made sure we had a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this place.

The room was big and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful with directions to city center and how to catch the bus. Breakfast was also good too.

the receptionist Daniel was such a good and respectable guy everything was good nice hotel, walking distance to a shopping mall not far from the airport. The only downside is the swimming pool wasn't working and it wasn't mentioned earlier
